In these instances, we are happy to exchange or refund your WILDFIBRES purchase.
The garments must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
The items must not be worn, altered or damaged or soiled.
All tickets and labels must be still be attached.
You are responsible for return or exchange courier costs. We recommend you sure a reputable service with track and trace to ensure safe return of goods.
Please return items in the manner in which they were received.
If items are poorly packed or badly creased and are unable to be returned for immediate resale, we reserve the right to deduct cleaning or pressing costs from the refund amount, at a fee of $7.50 per garment.
If you can meet all conditions, then we will be happy to exchange, credit or refund your garments.
If you wish to discuss any items you wish to return or exchange before doing so, please feel free to contact us.
Please choose carefully, as we are under no obligation to refund if you have simply changed your mind.
All refunds will be made in the manner in which they were paid, ie if you paid by credit card the refund will be made to your credit card.
A confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt of goods and the refund/exchange/credit has been processed.
